This blog provides my natural foods approach to an overall, better well-being. I will be sharing articles of interest, tips and tidbits, new recipes and my plant-based approach to wellness. The key to a healthy and nutritious approach involves primarily using clean, natural, minimally-processed foods centered around a whole foods, plant-based diet. The articles and recipes shared here provide a simple way to use fresh ingredients, seasonal when possible and free of pesticides while limiting consumption of processed foods. It is also my aim to bring awareness to respecting our planet Earth by sharing about sustainable agricultural practices and making sustainable food choices.
